Menzo Waters lived at 362 Cherry, (now 802-804 S. Memorial Dr.) from 1884 until his death in 1891. His wife was Mary Mowry Waters. This tintype was taken about 1870s to mid 1880.
Both Menzo and Mary were born in New York in 1824 and lived in Wisconsin as early as 1850. Their son was prominent cigar manufacturer H. T. Waters and their daughter Clara was married to pioneer lumberman George Gerry
