Elizabeth (Lizzie) Weiland was born about 1871 and lived in the home at 925 Sixth (now 403 W. Sixth St. at the southwest corner of Sixth and Elm) from the time it was built in 1877. She married Jacob L. Wolf. Lizzie was the daughter of Appleton pioneer Nicholas Weiland.
