The date of construction of this home is not known. Residents in 1889 were the Hickey family, Daniel, Annie and James. Peter T. Baird, a turnkey at the county jail, lived here in 1896. At that time the expanded Hickey family, Daniel, Annie, Elizabeth, Margaret, James and Mary occupied the house next door at 531 W. Sixth St. Frank Wugi lived here in 1925.
