Street number prior to 1925: 395 Cherry
Built in 1911, this home combines Prairie style features with an Oriental flair. It is constructed of brick and stucco with roof lines and roof beams extending through exterior walls. Attorney Thomas H. Ryan was the original owner. The family had previously lived at 711 S. Walnut St. (formerly 395 Walnut.) His widow Elizabeth still lived there in 1951.
