621 W. Fifth St.
Street number prior to 1925: 1023 Fifth

This Colonial Revival/Shingle style home was built in 1904 by papermaker Henry Wickert. Mrs. Anna M. Wickert still lived here in 1925.

Originally yellow and green, this residence stands as one of the finer examples of this style: the swooping roof, Palladian windows and Doric columns. Wickert lived across the street at 620-622 W. Fifth prior to building his dream home.
