730 S. State St.
Street number prior to 1925: 368 State

City real estate records state this home was built in 1892. Members of the Grady family were the first occupants from 1892 to 1893.

From 1896 to 1898 Frank Wilson and Miss Anna Wilson lived here. During that time Miss Isabelle McArthur was a boarder.

Dr. Raymond R. Lally lived here in 1925.

Ordinarily this home would not gain much attention. But in 2002 it was purchased by an artist who worked in sculpture. He attached numerous figures to the house and placed many more in the front yard.

The current owner has faithfully retained the figures on the house: John Wayne, P.T. Barnum, Houdini, the Three Stooges peering down from the top of the façade and many more.
