Peter and Mary Schmit retired from farming and built this Colonial Revival home with its distinctive circular entryway in 1907. Other former residents include Michael Lockery, and the Peter Dohr family, residents for 77 years, from 1915 until 1992.
This home is known in the neighborhood for its lovely pineapple carvings.
