Jacob G. Skall


Jacob G. Skall was born around 1901 and lived in Neenah. He married Agnes Steidl in 1921 and the following year was charged with "failure to support his wife." He was a bus driver in 1924 and went to trial for speeding. After changing his plea to "guilty" he was fined $10 plus costs.

After moving his family to Appleton in 1925 he occupied the home at 402 S. State St.. In 1936 he ran the Colonial Wonder Bar.
