Now a commercial structure, this building was a home and a business in the late 19th century. Peter Stoffel lived here in 1884. William Norman had a grocery store here in 1889. From 1892 to 1900 Henry Young dealt in groceries and flour. Mary and Charles Young also lived here. In 1925 it was Luebke & Griesbach, a grocery store.
